Personal data processing notice
Notice under Articles 12, 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Courtesy translation: the Italian version prevails. Version of 21 September 2026.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Liemi Srls, registered office at Via Amico Aspertini 133, 00133 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT no. 15448071009, REA RM-1591010. For any request about your data, write to [email protected].
2. Data we process
- Data you provide voluntarily: name, company, email address, phone number (if given), type of request and the content of the message sent through the contact form or by email.
- Browsing data: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type and operating system. The hosting server records them automatically for the operation and security of the site.
- Cookie preferences: the choice you make in the banner is saved in a technical cookie (see the cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering requests sent through the form or by email and, if requested, starting a professional relationship: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Keeping the site secure, maintained and working, and preventing abuse and spam: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Complying with tax, accounting or legal obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Keeping evidence of cookie choices: duty to demonstrate compliance (Art. 5(2) GDPR) and legitimate interest.
4. Whether providing data is mandatory
Sending data through the form is optional. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to reply: without them we cannot follow up on the request. Browsing data is needed for the technical operation of the site.
5. How data is processed
Data is processed with IT tools and appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access is limited to authorised persons and to suppliers appointed as processors. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Recipients
Data may be processed by the site's hosting provider (IONOS) and by technical providers that manage email, acting as processors, by professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and by the competent authorities where the law requires. Data is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
The site does not load fonts, maps, analytics scripts or other services from third-party servers. No transfer of personal data outside the EEA is planned; if our technical providers made one necessary, it would take place only with the safeguards of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. The Google Maps link on the contact page leads to an external site, where Google acts as an independent controller under its own notice.
8. Retention
Data sent through the form or by email is kept for as long as needed to reply and manage any professional relationship, and afterwards for as long as legal obligations or the defence of our rights require. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider according to its settings. Your cookie choice is kept for six months.
9. Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
10. Cookies
For information on cookies and similar tools see the cookie policy. You can change your choices at any time with the button.
11. Updates
This notice may be updated; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
